Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, including Core, Copenhagen Bureau's client workspace. They are not, and should not be read as, Copenhagen Bureau's client services agreement, which would be set out separately in any proposal or contract for actual work.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website, published by Copenhagen Bureau. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. About Copenhagen Bureau

Copenhagen Bureau is a design-led business growth and marketing company. Copenhagen Bureau's business registration is currently Business registration pending. Registration number (CVR): [LEGAL TODO: ADD CVR NUMBER BEFORE LAUNCH]. Registered address: [LEGAL TODO: ADD COMPLIANT BUSINESS ADDRESS BEFORE LAUNCH].

3. Use of the website

This website is provided to give visitors information about Copenhagen Bureau, present selected work, and offer ways to get in touch — including contact forms, a guided enquiry, meeting booking and a WhatsApp contact option. It is made available to businesses, organisations, individuals acting professionally, and consumers, including content creators.

4. Information on the website

Content on this website — including descriptions of capabilities, approach and selected work — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a guarantee of outcomes, availability or pricing for any specific engagement.

5. Enquiries and meeting bookings

Submitting the enquiry form, completing the guided enquiry, scheduling a meeting or sending a message on WhatsApp are all ways of starting a conversation with Copenhagen Bureau. None of them, on their own, create any binding obligation on Copenhagen Bureau to accept the enquiry, take on the work described, or provide any particular service.

6. No automatic formation of a client contract

To be clear: submitting a form on this website does not create a client relationship. Completing the guided enquiry does not create a client relationship. Scheduling a meeting does not create a client relationship. Sending a WhatsApp message does not create a client relationship. These are simply ways of starting contact.

7. Future proposals, statements of work and client agreements

Any actual commercial engagement with Copenhagen Bureau will normally be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, contract or equivalent agreement, accepted by the relevant parties. These Terms of Use do not form part of, and do not substitute for, that separate agreement.

8. Core — client workspace

Core is Copenhagen Bureau's client workspace, used in connection with an active client engagement to manage projects, files, approvals, agreements, invoices, messages and meetings in one place. Access to Core is invitation-only — you cannot create a Core account yourself.

If you have been given access to Core:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account.
  • Your access may be limited to a specific organisation and, within it, to specific projects — you should only expect to see information relevant to your own organisation's engagement.
  • You should only upload or share material you are authorised to provide, and only for the purposes of the engagement it relates to.
  • You must not misuse Core, interfere with its security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or attempt to access another client's information.
  • Copenhagen Bureau may suspend or remove access to Core where reasonably necessary for security, contractual or operational reasons.

Core's availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or issues with the third-party services it depends on (see Third-party services and links below) — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Client content

Materials you or your organisation upload, share or create within Core — such as files, documents, messages and comments — remain yours. By providing them, you permit Copenhagen Bureau to access, store, process and use them as necessary to perform the engagement they relate to and to operate Core — for example, storing a file, showing it to the right people within your organisation, or preparing an invoice. This does not transfer ownership of your material to Copenhagen Bureau, and does not grant any broader licence beyond what is needed to deliver the engagement and operate Core.

10. Payments

Where an invoice is issued to you, it may be payable directly through Core using Stripe Checkout, a payment page hosted by Stripe. Payment terms — including amount, currency and due date — remain governed by the applicable invoice, proposal or agreement, not by these Terms of Use. Stripe processes the payment transaction itself; Copenhagen Bureau does not need to receive or store your full card details to accept payment. Making a payment through Core does not itself create a new or different service contract beyond what is already set out in the applicable engagement documentation.

[LEGAL TODO: verify Stripe live configuration before publication]

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website's design, Copenhagen Bureau's branding, original copy, original graphics, original case-study presentation and original website content are owned by Copenhagen Bureau or used with permission. You may view and use the website for normal personal or business evaluation purposes.

Copenhagen Bureau does not claim ownership of any third-party client trademarks, photography, platform interfaces or other materials referenced or displayed on this website. Nothing in these Terms restricts quotation, reference or any other use permitted by law, including any legally mandatory exception to copyright.

12. Permitted use

You may browse this website, submit genuine enquiries, and use the content for normal personal or business evaluation of Copenhagen Bureau's services.

13. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or its underlying systems
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on this website
  • Interfere with the normal operation of this website, including its forms, booking calendar or WhatsApp integration
  • Copy or reuse original Copenhagen Bureau content beyond normal personal or business evaluation, without permission

Core has its own, additional rules — see Core — client workspace above.

14. Third-party services and links

This website and Core use third-party services to operate, including Formspree (form processing), Cal.com (meeting scheduling), Google Workspace / Calendar / Meet, WhatsApp/Meta where you choose that contact route, Supabase (the database, authentication and storage platform behind Core), Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email from Core). Your use of those services, once you are directed to them, is governed by their own terms and privacy practices, which Copenhagen Bureau does not control.

15. Availability of the website

We aim to keep this website available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

16. Accuracy and changes

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, and we may change or update it at any time without notice.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Copenhagen Bureau is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or Core, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

18. Consumer rights

Copenhagen Bureau may work with businesses, organisations, individuals acting professionally, and consumers, including content creators. These Terms are not written as business-to-business-only terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law. Where a payment is made through Core (see Payments above), any cancellation, cooling-off or consumer-contract rights that apply are governed by the underlying invoice, proposal or agreement and by applicable law — these Terms of Use do not themselves create separate ecommerce terms for that payment.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or Core after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
